Gill was a lovely lady and a great friend. She is a great loss to the PCCS. Her organisation skills are still there to be seen in as she has put in place many of our structures which will carry on as her legacy, not least this very website. Her warmth and good nature is what we will miss most. Our hearts go to Peter.

As a relative newcomer, I knew Gill for a shorter time than many in the PCCS. I think it was just natural for Gill to make newcomers feel like old friends. The world is a better place when we meet people like Gill - she is and will be sadly missed. My sincere condolences to Gill's family.

It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to Gill. She was both a good friend and colleague and I shall always remember her when I share a giggle in a meeting, afterall, she was never one to willingly accept formal nonsense!

Gill was fully involved in the pccs. She was a brilliant colleague and always supported the society. She can rightly be described as one of the constant reasons our society has thrived. Always cheerful ever helpful and tolerant of any eccentric surprises that many of us would spring on her. Top lady; really miss her. jb

Gill will be greatly missed by everyone who has been fortunate enough to have spent time, or worked with her, over the last few years. Her enthusiasm, sense of humour and commitment to the PCCS, as well as her colleagues, has left us with many fond and cherished memories. All our condolences to Peter and her family.

Having worked with Gill on the development of the PCCS web site over the past 2 years, I was very sorry to hear about her passing. Gill was a lovely lady who will be greatly missed by all at PharmiWeb Solutions. Our thoughts are with her family at this sad and difficult time.

Although I had known Gill for many years, it wasn't until I began working with her at the PCCS that I found out how wonderful she really was. I have missed her in lots of ways since she became ill, not least of all being able to dip into her fount of all PCCS knowledge. She will be a very hard act to follow here at the office and dearly missed. God bless you Gill.

For me Gill started off as a bit of a legend...as the the lady who sorts things out. On all the occasions when I had the pleasure of working with her, that is precisely what she did...she sorted things out. Nothing was too big or too trivial. What made a difference is that she seemed to do everything with good humour and a smile. She will be sorely missed but leaves us with nothing but fond memories.
